Phillip W. Dyer is the senior trial counsel at Dyer Law Group PLLC.  Phil has been a trial lawyer for more than twenty-six years with a focus on employment law, complex commercial disputes, constitutional challenges to governmental overreaching. and appeals in civil/criminal cases.  Phil is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named among Utah’s Legal Elite since 2007.
