Dyer in his retirement and assumption of the role of counsel after four decades of unwavering dedication, integrity, and excellence in the practice of law. For 40 years, Phil stood as a pillar of the legal community, a patient counselor, a trusted advisor, and a tireless advocate for fairness, truth, and justice. Through countless cases, complex negotiations, and sage advice, Phil's wisdom and professionalism have left an indelible positive impact on the lives of those he represented.

Beyond the courtroom, Phil has been a mentor, a leader, and a source of inspiration to colleagues and clients alike. As we celebrate Phil's remarkable career, we extend our deepest appreciation for his service, sacrifice, and steadfast pursuit of justice.
