Phillip W. Dyer is Dyer Law Group's founder and retired of-counsel in November of 2025.  Phil was a trial lawyer for forty years, focusing on employment law, complex commercial disputes, constitutional challenges to governmental overreach. and appeals in civil/criminal cases.  Phil is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named among Utah’s Legal Elite since 2007.
